Job Role & Responsibilities

Rednex Pharmaceuticals is hiring across multiple departments. Roles and responsibilities vary by position and experience level.

Quality Assurance (QA)

Positions: QA Head, QA Senior Officer, QA Officer

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and maintain GMP compliance across manufacturing operations
• Review and approve batch manufacturing records and quality documentation
• Handle deviations, CAPA, change control, and quality investigations
• Support internal and external audits and regulatory inspections
• Ensure implementation and monitoring of quality management systems

Regulatory Affairs (RA)

Positions: RA Officer, RA Senior Officer

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, review, and submit regulatory documentation
• Support product registration and compliance activities
• Coordinate with QA, QC, and production for regulatory data
• Maintain regulatory dossiers and variation documentation

Quality Control (QC)

Positions: QC Executive (HPLC), QC Officer

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and non-routine analysis of raw materials and finished products
• Operate HPLC and other analytical instruments
• Maintain laboratory documentation and data integrity
• Support method validation and stability studies

Production Department

Positions: Production Senior Officer, Production Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute pharmaceutical formulation manufacturing activities
• Handle liquid and external preparation processes
• Manage tablet and capsule manufacturing operations
• Ensure adherence to GMP, SOPs, and production documentation

Engineering Department

Positions: Engineering Executive, Engineering Officer

Experience Requirements

• QA Head: 8 to 10 years
• QA Senior Officer: 2 to 3 years
• QA Officer: Fresher
• RA Officer / Senior Officer: 2 to 4 years
• QC Executive (HPLC): 1 to 2 years
• QC Officer: Fresher
• Production Senior Officer: 2 to 3 years
• Production Executive: 3 to 4 years
• Engineering Executive: 2 to 3 years
• Engineering Officer: Fresher

Mandatory Conditions:

• Only male candidates
• Gujarat-based candidates only
• Pharmaceutical formulation background mandatory
• Willingness to attend in-person walk-in interview
