Job Role & Responsibilities

The selected candidates will work in the Analytical Development Lab (API) and support method development, validation, and analytical studies for API research and manufacturing projects.

Research Associate / Senior Research Associate – ADL (API)

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform analytical method development and validation for APIs
• Execute routine and non-routine analysis using HPLC, GC, and LC-MS
• Support R&D teams with analytical data for process development and optimization
• Conduct method transfer, troubleshooting, and robustness studies
• Perform impurity profiling and stability-indicating method development
• Ensure compliance with cGLP, data integrity, and laboratory safety standards
• Prepare and review analytical protocols, validation reports, and technical documentation
• Maintain accurate laboratory records and support audit readiness
