Operator (Assistant / Associate) – Injectable Manufacturing
Qualification: Diploma, B.Sc
Experience: 3–8 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling sterile and parenteral manufacturing operations
- Operating bag, vial, PFS (Pre-Filled Syringe), LYO, microsphere, and cartridge filling lines
- Performing filtration, sealing, and autoclave activities
- Executing terminal sterilization processes
- Maintaining Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR)
- Ensuring compliance with GMP, GDP, and ALCOA principles
Hands-on experience in aseptic filling and sterile production is mandatory.
Supervisor / Officer / Executive / Senior Executive – Injectable Manufacturing
Qualification: B.Pharm, M.Sc, M.Pharm
Experience: 4–10 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervising sterile injectable production lines
- Managing bag and vial filling operations
- Monitoring autoclave and terminal sterilization cycles
- Overseeing QMS activities including change control and deviation handling
- Ensuring machine qualification and requalification compliance
