Job Role & Responsibilities

Quality Control (QC – Analytical & RM/PM)

• Perform analytical method validation and routine testing
• Analyze raw materials (RM) and packing materials (PM)
• Operate HPLC, GC, and other analytical instruments
• Maintain laboratory documentation and data integrity
• Ensure compliance with pharmacopeial standards and GMP

Sterile / Liquid Oral Manufacturing

• Operate SKID systems, autoclaves, vial washing machines, and tunnel sterilizers
• Execute manufacturing and filling operations
• Maintain cleanroom discipline and sterile conditions
• Follow SOPs and batch manufacturing records

QC Microbiology

• Conduct environmental monitoring (EM)
• Perform microbiological testing and analysis
• Maintain aseptic practices and documentation

Quality Assurance (QA)

• Handle QMS, validation (VQ/CV), IPQA, compliance, and IT QA
• Manage deviations, CAPA, and audit readiness

Warehouse
