Job Role & Responsibilities

As a Trainee Officer – Production (Mammalian), you will be involved in biologics manufacturing processes, including buffer preparation, protein purification, and equipment operations within a GMP-regulated environment.

Biopharma Production Responsibilities:

• Prepare buffers for small-scale and large-scale production processes
• Perform IPQC (In-Process Quality Control) for buffers and protein intermediates
• Execute CIP (Cleaning-In-Place) of chromatography systems, TFF systems, and process vessels
• Perform SIP (Sterilization-In-Place) of production equipment
• Operate chromatography systems, TFF systems, virus filtration systems, and downstream filtration processes
• Support protein purification and biologics manufacturing workflows
• Prepare and maintain SOPs, BPRs, and qualification documents
• Ensure compliance with GMP and regulatory documentation standards
• Coordinate with Quality Control (QC) and Quality Assurance (QA) teams
• Review executed batch production records (BPRs)
• Manage raw material inventory and consumables planning
• Operate and maintain autoclaves for sterilization and decontamination

This role directly contributes to biopharmaceutical production, ensuring product quality, regulatory compliance, and efficient manufacturing operations.

Eligibility / Qualifications

BSc Biotechnology, MSc Biotechnology, Life Sciences

Experience:
