Job Role & Responsibilities
As a Data Coordinator – Core Laboratory, you will support clinical data management processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery of laboratory data across global trials.
Core Responsibilities
- Assist in preparation of core laboratory data management documentation
- Perform validation checks on incoming and outgoing data transfers
- Execute edit checks and data validation programs
- Maintain data cleaning activities including query resolution and data updates
- Coordinate and send validated data transfers to external stakeholders
Data Quality & Compliance
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and regulatory compliance
- Support audit readiness and documentation standards
- Follow SOPs and global clinical data management guidelines
Collaboration & Systems Support
- Work with cross-functional clinical teams and global stakeholders
- Support clinical trial data workflows and reporting systems
- Maintain effective communication for issue resolution and data clarification
Eligibility / Qualifications
Educational Qualification
Candidates must have a degree in Life Sciences or healthcare-related fields.
Required courses include:
B.Pharmacy, M.Pharmacy, BSc, MSc (Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Life Sciences), Biomedical Sciences, Clinical Research
Experience
- 1–2 years of experience in CRO, pharmaceutical, or clinical data management roles preferred
Skills Required
- Strong knowledge of clinical data management processes
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Word
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
