Job Role & Responsibilities

Packaging Development Officer

The role focuses on managing packaging development activities aligned with regulatory and operational requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

• Prepare and maintain Packaging Bill of Materials (BOM) for export products
• Handle change control activities within QMS from initiation to closure
• Review and coordinate primary and secondary packaging artworks
• Resolve technical packaging issues at manufacturing site
• Develop packaging materials for new product launches
• Coordinate with internal teams including QA, QC, Production, Planning, Regulatory, and Marketing
• Work closely with vendors for approvals, mock-ups, trials, and shade cards
• Prepare samples and support packaging trials
• Manage MPC (Material Packing Code) preparation and material code creation

This role is critical in ensuring packaging accuracy, regulatory compliance, and product integrity throughout the supply chain.
