Job Role & Responsibilities

Quality Assurance (QA)

• Assist in implementation of quality systems and GMP documentation
• Support batch record review and in-process quality checks
• Monitor compliance with SOPs and regulatory guidelines
• Participate in internal audits and documentation control
• Work closely with production and QC teams to ensure product quality

Quality Control (QC)

• Perform analysis of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products
• Handle analytical instruments such as HPLC, UV, and other lab equipment
• Maintain laboratory documentation as per GLP standards
• Assist in method validation and routine quality testing
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality requirements

Production

• Assist in pharmaceutical manufacturing operations
• Support batch processing and documentation activities
• Maintain equipment and follow SOP-based operations
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and GMP standards
• Work in a controlled manufacturing environment

Microbiology

• Conduct microbiological testing and environmental monitoring
• Assist in sterility testing and microbial analysis
• Maintain laboratory hygiene and documentation
• Follow SOPs and regulatory compliance procedures
• Support routine microbiology lab activities
