Job Role & Responsibilities
Process R&D
- Execute synthesis of peptides, ADC linkers, and payload development using SPPS and LPPS techniques
- Work in CDMO environments supporting process development and scale-up activities
- Maintain accurate documentation aligned with GMP requirements
Analytical R&D (CDMO)
- Perform analytical method development and validation for APIs and intermediates
- Operate instruments such as HPLC, UPLC, GC, LC-MS, and GC-MS
- Conduct structural characterization and support process development teams
Analytical R&D (Medicinal Chemistry)
- Carry out purification using Prep-HPLC and SFC techniques
- Support discovery projects and compound profiling activities
- Collaborate with CRO teams for research execution and reporting
Process Engineering
- Manage technology transfer from lab scale to commercial manufacturing
- Optimize process parameters and improve production efficiency
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards
Eligibility / Qualifications
Required Education
