Job Role & Responsibilities
AR&D / R&D Chemist (Analytical & Synthesis)
- Perform analytical testing using HPLC, GC, LC-MS, and wet lab techniques
- Conduct method development and validation for pharmaceutical compounds
- Develop and optimize synthetic routes for APIs and intermediates
- Improve reaction efficiency, yield, and impurity profiles
- Maintain accurate laboratory records and development reports
- Support scale-up activities for API production
- Ensure compliance with GLP and regulatory documentation practices
