Job Role & Responsibilities

USP Production (Upstream Processing)

• Operate and monitor mammalian cell culture processes
• Handle large-scale stainless steel bioreactors (500L and above)
• Maintain fermentation parameters and process optimization
• Ensure compliance with cGMP guidelines and batch documentation

DSP Production (Downstream Processing)

• Perform purification of biologics using chromatography systems
• Handle automated TFF (Tangential Flow Filtration) systems
• Manage column operations (600 mm diameter and above)
• Ensure high product recovery and impurity control

QMS Production (Quality Management System)

• Conduct root cause analysis for deviations, OOS, and OOT
• Perform risk assessments and implement CAPA strategies
• Manage QMS documentation using TrackWise or similar systems
