Job Role & Responsibilities

Production – API Manufacturing

• Handle API manufacturing operations and process controls
• Execute batch production activities as per GMP guidelines
• Manage QMS activities including deviations, CAPA, and change control
• Prepare and review SOPs and batch documentation

R&D – Synthesis Laboratory

• Conduct literature research and route of synthesis (ROS) finalization
• Perform synthesis of API molecules and reaction monitoring
• Maintain lab notebooks and experimental documentation
• Support scale-up activities and process optimization

ADL – Analytical Development Laboratory

• Perform method development and validation using HPLC, GC, UV, IR, KF, LC-MS
• Conduct routine analysis of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products
• Ensure data integrity and compliance with GLP standards
• Maintain analytical reports and documentation

Engineering & Utilities

• Operate and maintain utilities such as chillers, air compressors, nitrogen plants, and water systems
• Handle electrical maintenance and troubleshooting
• Ensure uninterrupted plant operations and preventive maintenance

Engineering Store & Drafting

• Manage engineering stores and inventory using ERP systems
• Prepare AutoCAD drawings for pharmaceutical projects
• Support civil and mechanical project execution

Eligibility / Qualifications

Required Education:

• M.Sc (Organic Chemistry / Analytical Chemistry)
• B.E (Chemical / Civil Engineering)
