Job Role & Responsibilities

Production – Chemist Roles

• Execute manufacturing operations in compliance with GMP guidelines
• Handle batch processing, documentation, and shop-floor activities
• Ensure adherence to SOPs and production schedules
• Maintain batch manufacturing records and process documentation

Quality Control (QC)

• Perform analytical testing of raw materials and finished products
• Operate laboratory instruments and ensure calibration compliance
• Maintain documentation as per GLP and regulatory standards
• Support method validation and routine quality checks

Analytical Quality Assurance (AQA)

• Review analytical data and ensure regulatory compliance
• Handle deviation investigations, OOS, OOT, and CAPA processes
• Maintain documentation aligned with quality systems
• Support audit readiness and regulatory inspections

Safety Department

• Ensure workplace safety compliance and risk assessment
• Implement safety protocols and monitor hazard controls
• Maintain safety documentation and regulatory adherence
