Job Role & Responsibilities

Team Member – Production Filling
- Perform aseptic operations in vial filling, cartridge filling, and lyophilization
- Handle isolators, vial washing, tunnels, and autoclaves
- Manage deviations, investigations, and change control under QMS
- Ensure strict adherence to cGMP and sterile manufacturing protocols
Team Member – Engineering (Utilities)
- Manage utilities including HVAC, WFI, purified water, clean steam, and compressed air systems
- Operate boilers, chillers, DG sets, and electrical systems (33kV license preferred)
- Maintain uptime and compliance of critical utility systems in pharma manufacturing
Team Member – Engineering (Process & Instrumentation)
- Work on PLC/SCADA-based automation systems
- Maintain injectable manufacturing equipment (BFS, vial filling, lyophilizers)
- Ensure calibration, validation, and maintenance of process instruments
Team Member – Production Compounding
- Execute sterile injectable compounding processes
- Handle CIP, SIP, vessels, filtration, and solution preparation
