Job Role and Responsibilities
Selected candidates will support global investigator services, healthcare documentation, laboratory coordination, and clinical research support operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Support investigator sites and healthcare representatives through email and communication channels
- Manage operational workflows and healthcare documentation activities
- Coordinate airway bills, shipment documentation, and specimen tracking
- Support investigator portal and sponsor portal access requests
- Handle clinical research support queries and issue resolution
- Maintain accurate investigator site data and records
- Escalate patient safety concerns and operational issues when required
- Assist with quality documentation and compliance processes
- Support SOP adherence and regulatory compliance activities
- Participate in workflow tracking and reporting activities
- Maintain training records and departmental documentation
