Key Responsibilities

• Supervise bottle filling, blister packing, and strip packing activities
• Ensure pharmaceutical packaging operations comply with GMP and GDP guidelines
• Perform line clearance and maintain BPR documentation accurately
• Coordinate packaging activities with QA and production departments
• Operate and monitor filling, capping, sealing, labeling, cartoning, and checkweigher equipment
• Handle Track & Trace systems and UID importing activities
• Coordinate with Engineering, Warehouse, QC, QA, PKD, and PPIC departments
• Manage manpower allocation and packaging schedules effectively
• Support finished goods handling and cold chain product exposure control
• Participate in equipment qualification and re-qualification activities
• Prepare quarterly alarm trend reports and maintain packaging records
