Job Role & Responsibilities

LVP FFS Operator

Number of Positions: 10

Selected candidates will be responsible for:

• Operating and monitoring Blow-Fill-Seal (BFS) machines for IV fluid manufacturing.
• Setting machine parameters including filling volume, temperature, pressure, and sealing settings.
• Monitoring molding, filling, and sealing operations.
• Conducting routine machine checks and troubleshooting.
• Ensuring compliance with cGMP and production procedures.
• Supporting production teams in maintaining manufacturing efficiency.

LVP Production – Junior Executive

Number of Positions: 10

Key responsibilities include:

• Batch preparation and batch calculation activities.
• Dispensing and reconciliation of production materials.
• Executing Cleaning-In-Place (CIP) and Sterilization-In-Place (SIP) operations.
• Supporting filter integrity testing activities.
• Ensuring compliance with GMP and GDP requirements.
• Coordinating material movement and documentation activities.
• Participating in calibration and validation programs.

Biologics Production – Junior Executive

Number of Positions: 10

Selected candidates will be involved in:

• Buffer preparation activities.
• Handling pH meters, conductivity meters, and spectrophotometers.
• Supporting downstream biologics and plasma processing operations.
• Performing depth filtration activities.
• Protein purification using TFF (Tangential Flow Filtration).
• Maintaining manufacturing documentation and compliance records.
• Supporting biotechnology production processes according to regulatory standards.
