Job Role & Responsibilities

As a Management Trainee – Business Development, you will undergo structured training and rotational assignments across various departments:

• Gain exposure to Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Regulatory Affairs, Finance, and Human Resources.

• Assist senior management in project execution, audits, and regulatory compliance.

• Work on data analysis, reporting, and documentation.

• Support in business development initiatives and client communication.

• Handle confidential information while liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders.

This program is designed to build future leaders in pharmaceutical management.

Eligibility / Qualifications

• Education: M.Pharm, MBA (Pharmaceutical Management).

• Experience: Freshers are welcome; candidates with internship exposure in pharma/healthcare will have an added advantage.
