Job Role & Responsibilities
As a Quality Control Executive, you will be responsible for analytical testing, laboratory compliance, and maintaining quality standards across pharmaceutical products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform sampling and testing of raw materials, packing materials, and finished products
- Conduct validation and stability testing as per regulatory guidelines
- Operate and troubleshoot analytical instruments such as HPLC, UV, and IR
- Manage calibration and maintenance of laboratory instruments
- Prepare laboratory reagents, solutions, and chemicals
- Maintain reference and working standards including qualification processes
- Ensure accurate data entry in SAP and LIMS systems
- Prepare and maintain QC documentation including SOPs and protocols
- Ensure compliance with GLP, GMP, GDP, and data integrity requirements
- Support regulatory audits and inspections
Eligibility / Qualifications
Educational Background:
B.Pharmacy, M.Pharmacy, BSc, MSc (Chemistry, Life Sciences)
Experience Required:
- Relevant experience in pharmaceutical Quality Control (preferred)
Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of analytical instruments (HPLC, UV, IR)
- Understanding of method validation and verification
- Knowledge of GMP, GLP, GDP, and pharmacopoeial standards
- Experience with SAP and LIMS systems
- Good documentation and compliance skills
