Job Role & Responsibilities
As a Junior Officer – Quality Control, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the integrity, safety, and compliance of pharmaceutical products throughout the production cycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform analysis of in-process samples, ECVR samples, raw materials, packing materials, intermediates, and finished products.
- Sample and test raw materials, packaging components, intermediates, and final formulations as per SOPs.
- Conduct sampling and analysis of DM and Milli-Q water.
- Prepare, standardize, and maintain reagent and volumetric solutions.
- Maintain temperature monitoring for all storage chambers.
- Update and maintain release/reject labels and related documentation.
- Ensure laboratory cleanliness and compliance with GLP, GMP, and safety standards.
- Collaborate with team members to meet QC targets and ensure process excellence.
- Adhere strictly to EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) and compliance protocols.

Eligibility / Qualifications
Educational Qualifications:
- M.Sc. in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Analytical Chemistry, or related fields.
Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the Quality Control department of a pharmaceutical or chemical manufacturing unit.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of analytical instruments such as HPLC, GC, UV, and FTIR.
- Understanding of cGMP, GLP, and regulatory requirements.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data documentation.
