Job Role & Responsibilities
You will support senior supply chain colleagues in planning and executing clinical supply requirements for global trials. Responsibilities include:
Supply Planning & Forecasting
- Assist in preparing supply plans aligned with protocol and country logistics.
- Support forecasting based on patient enrollment, dosing schedules, and site activations.
- Monitor depot and site inventory to prevent shortages.
- Participate in monthly forecast review meetings.
Order Management & Logistics Coordination
- Track clinical supply orders using BMS internal systems.
- Coordinate with depots and sites to confirm deliveries and resolve shipment issues.
- Support export/import activities, customs clearance, and logistics troubleshooting.
- Maintain accurate shipment and inventory documentation.
Data Management & Compliance
- Assist in data analysis for supply projections and improvements.
- Upload and manage expiry extension memos and batch documents for study databases.
- Prepare materials for audits, inspections, and regulatory filings.
- Ensure GxP compliance (GMP/GDP) across supply processes.
- Support deviation handling and CAPA documentation.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Trial Supply Management, Logistics, Quality, and external vendors.
- Participate in study team meetings and share supply updates.
- Support operational process improvements and task force initiatives.
Training & Development
- Contribute to job aids and internal training materials.
- Participate in structured learning programs designed to develop clinical supply expertise.
Eligibility / Qualifications
Education
Candidates must have:
- BA/BS in Science, IT, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Business, or Supply Chain.
- Academic or internship exposure to supply chain, pharma operations, or IT systems preferred.
Required Skills
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
