Analytical Research Laboratories (ADL) – Formulation (OSD / Injectable)
- Positions: Research Associate / Senior Research Associate
- Qualification: M.Sc. / M.Pharm (Analytical Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Analysis, Pharmaceutics preferred)
- Experience: 3–8 Years
Core Responsibilities:
- Develop and optimize analytical methods for raw materials, in-process samples, and finished formulations (HPLC, UPLC, GC, LC-MS where applicable).
- Support stability studies, method validation/transfer, and analytical troubleshooting.
- Prepare technical reports, SOPs, and support regulatory documentation for submissions.
- Participate in GMP lab operations, data integrity practices, and cross-functional projects with formulation and QC teams.
Formulation & Development (Injectable) – Formulation
- Positions: Research Associate / Senior Research Associate
- Qualification: M.Pharm (Pharmaceutics/Formulation)
- Experience: 3–8 Years
Core Responsibilities:
- Lead formulation development activities for sterile injectables (aseptic processing, lyophilized products, parenteral solutions).
- Design and execute lab-scale/ pilot-scale studies, process optimization (CIP/SIP relevance), and formulation characterization.
- Collaborate with analytical, QC, and manufacturing teams for scale-up and tech transfer.
- Prepare CMC documentation, development reports, and contribute to regulatory filings.
Formulation & Development (OSD) – Formulation
- Positions: Research Associate / Senior Research Associate
- Qualification: M.Pharm (Pharmaceutics/Formulation)
- Experience: 3–8 Years
Core Responsibilities:
- Develop solid oral dosage formulations (tablets, capsules), perform pre-formulation, excipient selection, and process development (RMG, FBD, compression, coating).
- Conduct stability programs, dissolution method development, and bioavailability enhancement strategies.
- Support scale-up, tech transfers, and manufacturing troubleshooting with cross-functional teams.
Eligibility / Qualifications
Required Education: M.Pharm or M.Sc (Pharmaceutics, Pharmaceutical Analysis, Analytical Chemistry or related disciplines)
Experience: 3–8 Years in formulation development, analytical method development, stability, or sterile product development
Desirable Skills & Knowledge:
- Practical experience with HPLC/UPLC, GC, LC-MS, dissolution, particle size analysis.
- Hands-on knowledge of aseptic handling and sterile product development (for injectables).
- Familiarity with ICH stability guidelines, method validation protocols, and regulatory CMC requirements.
- Excellent technical writing, data integrity, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
