Job Role & Responsibilities

As an Executive / Senior Executive – Intellectual Property Rights (IPR), you will play a key role in patent analysis and formulation support for regulated markets. You will collaborate closely with R&D, formulation, and regulatory teams to ensure intellectual property compliance and product protection.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare comprehensive IP/Patent Landscape Reports and IP Clearance Reports for parenteral, ophthalmic, and solid oral dosage forms.
• Conduct IP Evaluation for regulated markets (USA, Canada, Latin America) and provide formulation suggestions to the product development team.
• Perform Freedom to Operate (FTO) and Infringement Analysis for new and existing products.
• Assist in designing infringement and non-infringement strategies for global filings.
• Support the IP documentation process, patent filings, and portfolio management.
• Maintain close coordination with R&D and legal teams to ensure strategic alignment.

This role requires strong analytical thinking, legal understanding of pharmaceutical patents, and awareness of global regulatory frameworks.

Eligibility / Qualifications

• Qualification: M.Pharm (Pharmaceutical Chemistry / Pharmaceutics / Related Specialization)
• Experience: 2–6 years in IPR, patent analysis, or regulatory product evaluation.
• Preferred Skills:
  • Patent Search Tools (e.g., Orbit, Patsnap, Scifinder, WIPO)
  • Knowledge of US, EU, and Indian Patent Laws
  • Understanding of formulation design and regulatory documentation
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
