Job Role & Responsibilities
Production Planning Activities
- Develop and maintain production plans based on forecasted market demand.
- Prepare manufacturing schedules to ensure timely product availability.
- Coordinate production activities with various functional departments.
- Monitor production timelines and delivery commitments.
Inventory Management
- Monitor inventory levels of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods.
- Maintain optimal inventory levels to avoid stock-outs and excess inventory.
- Track material consumption and replenishment requirements.
- Support inventory optimization initiatives.
SAP Operations
- Utilize SAP systems for production planning activities.
- Track inventory movement and stock status through SAP.
- Monitor production schedules and material requirements.
- Generate reports related to planning and inventory management.
Demand Forecasting & Supply Chain Coordination
- Support demand forecasting activities.
- Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and manufacturing teams.
