Job Role & Responsibilities
As a Clinical Research Associate II, you will oversee clinical trials and ensure adherence to protocols, regulations, and Good Clinical Practice (GCP). Your responsibilities include:

Conducting site qualification, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits.

Ensuring protocol compliance, patient safety, and data integrity.

Collaborating with investigators, site staff, and internal stakeholders for smooth trial execution.

Conducting risk-based monitoring and using data analytics to identify potential issues.

Preparing and reviewing study documentation, including protocols, reports, and site communications.

Supporting ethics committee submissions, ICF review, and site access to eDC and client/vendor systems.

Providing training to site personnel and assisting in regulatory compliance audits or inspections.

Managing multiple protocols across therapeutic areas, with required travel up to 75%.
Eligibility / Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree or RN in Life Sciences, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

Experience: Minimum 3 years in clinical research, with at least 1 year in monitoring; 3+ years preferred.

Technical Skills: Strong understanding of ICH/GCP guidelines, clinical trial processes, regulations, and methodology. Proficiency in computer applications and eDC systems.

Soft Skills: Excellent communication, organization, time management, and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships under pressure.

Preferred: Experience in Pharma/Biotech sponsor environment or as Clinical Study Coordinator.
Relevant Courses: B.Sc Life Sciences, B.Pharm, Nursing (RN), Biotechnology, Microbiology, Pharmacology, or equivalent.
