Job Role & Responsibilities

As a Clinical Research Associate II, you will oversee clinical trials and ensure adherence to protocols, regulations, and Good Clinical Practice (GCP). Your responsibilities include:

• Conducting site qualification, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits.

• Ensuring protocol compliance, patient safety, and data integrity.

• Collaborating with investigators, site staff, and internal stakeholders for smooth trial execution.

• Conducting risk-based monitoring and using data analytics to identify potential issues.

• Preparing and reviewing study documentation, including protocols, reports, and site communications.

• Supporting ethics committee submissions, ICF review, and site access to eDC and client/vendor systems.

• Providing training to site personnel and assisting in regulatory compliance audits or inspections.

• Managing multiple protocols across therapeutic areas, with required travel up to 75%.

Eligibility / Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or RN in Life Sciences, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

• Experience: Minimum 3 years in clinical research, with at least 1 year in monitoring; 3+ years preferred.

• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of ICH/GCP guidelines, clinical trial processes, regulations, and methodology. Proficiency in computer applications and eDC systems.

• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, organization, time management, and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships under pressure.

• Preferred: Experience in Pharma/Biotech sponsor environment or as Clinical Study Coordinator.

Relevant Courses: B.Sc Life Sciences, B.Pharm, Nursing (RN), Biotechnology, Microbiology, Pharmacology, or equivalent.
