Colgate-Palmolive, a globally trusted name in consumer products, invites dynamic postgraduates to join its India Global Technology Center (GTC) in Mumbai as Research Trainees under the GS&S (Global Scientific & Support) division.
This opportunity is ideal for freshers with a strong academic background in Pure Sciences (Chemistry, Biology), Pharmacy, or Cosmetic Technology looking to gain real-time exposure to Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), SAP database management, and data governance.

Responsibilities of the Role
- First-level review of raw materials and recipes within a 72-hour TAT.
- Granting SAP security access (PDP, DMS, PPM, LIMS) based on due diligence.
- Manage Human Use Protocols (HUP) and adverse event routing.
- Offer technical support to 2000+ PDM users globally.
- Support recipe cleansing, data obsoleting, and system testing activities.
Desired Candidate Profile
Educational Qualification
- Postgraduate in Pure Sciences (Chemistry, Biology), Pharmacy, or Cosmetic Technology
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Suite
- Good understanding of SAP systems or database management concepts
- Excellent communication and adaptability skills
Experience Required
