Job Role & Responsibilities
As an HCC Medical Coder at Cotiviti, your responsibilities will include:
- Reviewing and analyzing patient medical records to assign ICD-10-CM codes as per HCC guidelines.
- Ensuring accuracy and compliance with AAPC/AHIMA certification standards.
- Conducting coding audits to maintain quality benchmarks.

Eligibility / Qualifications

- Certifications: AAPC or AHIMA certification is mandatory.
- Skills Required:
