Quality Control Department

1. Trainee/Fresher

• Qualification: B Pharm / M.Pharm / BSc / MSc in Chemistry or related field
• Experience: Freshers can apply
• Skills Required: Basic knowledge of analytical techniques, willingness to learn, and strong attention to detail

2. Officer/Executive

• Qualification: B Pharm / M.Pharm / BSc / MSc in Chemistry or related field
• Experience: 2-5 years in a regulatory pharmaceutical environment
• Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducting wet & chemical analysis (Sampling, Assay Titration, LOD, Sulphated Ash)
  • Handling instrumental analysis (FTIR, UV, HPLC, GC, Auto Titration, Particle Size Analysis)
  • Standardization of volumetric solutions and preparation of SOPs
  • Managing Quality Management System (QMS) documentation & compliance
  • Handling raw materials, in-process, and finished product samples
  • Reviewing analytical documents and implementing CAPA & audit compliance

3. Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager

• Qualification: M.Pharm / MSc in Analytical Chemistry / Pharmaceutical Chemistry
• Experience: 6-10 years in Quality Control in a regulatory-compliant pharma company
• Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership & team management in Quality Control operations
  • Ensuring compliance with pharma regulatory guidelines
  • Training and mentoring junior staff members
  • Overseeing analytical instrument calibration & validation
  • Preparing STPs, Specifications, and SOPs
  • Managing regulatory audit readiness & implementation of CAPA
