Job Role & Responsibilities

Technician / Operator – Injectable Manufacturing

These roles are part of Intas’ sterile manufacturing operations and require hands-on expertise in injectable formulation processes within regulated environments.

Key responsibilities:

• Operation and monitoring of injectable manufacturing equipment
• Compliance with aseptic practices and cleanroom protocols
• Adherence to GMP, safety, and data integrity guidelines
• Documentation as per USFDA and EU regulatory standards
• Support during audits and regulatory inspections

Technician / Operator – OSD Packing (Cartonator)

This role focuses on solid oral dosage packing operations, specifically cartonator machines in a regulated plant.

Key responsibilities:

• Operating and troubleshooting cartonator packing machines
• Line clearance and in-process checks
• Maintaining packing efficiency and quality standards
• Compliance with GMP and safety norms
• Accurate batch documentation and reconciliation

Executive / Senior Executive / Officer / Senior Officer – Quality Control

QC professionals will be responsible for analytical testing, in-process controls, and method verification across multiple QC functions.

QC functional areas include:

• HPLC analysis
• Finished product testing
• In-process quality checks
• Analytical method validation (AMV)

Key responsibilities:

• Analysis using HPLC and related analytical instruments
• Finished product and in-process sample testing
• Review and documentation of analytical data
