Job Role & Responsibilities
Synthesis & Drug Discovery Research
- Perform synthesis of novel chemical compounds.
- Execute purification and characterization of synthesized molecules.
- Support medicinal chemistry and drug discovery projects.
- Conduct laboratory experiments following established scientific protocols.
- Maintain accurate laboratory documentation and experimental records.
Research & Development Activities
- Participate in pharmaceutical research programs.
- Contribute to new molecule development initiatives.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary scientific teams.
- Support project objectives within assigned timelines.
- Analyze experimental results and prepare technical reports.
Laboratory Operations
