This role is ideal for candidates with strong analytical skills, inhalation testing experience, and a solid foundation in method development for regulated markets. Job Role & Responsibilities
The position involves end-to-end analytical support for inhalation product development.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize analytical methods for inhalation products (DPI, MDI, nebulized formulations).
- Conduct method validation, robustness studies, and data integrity checks.
- Perform testing such as content uniformity, aerodynamic particle size distribution, delivered dose, assay, impurities, and stability evaluations.
- Prepare analytical documentation, protocols, SOPs, and reports aligned with ICH and global requirements.
- Troubleshoot analytical challenges and ensure smooth laboratory operations.
- Coordinate with formulation teams, regulatory affairs, and quality functions.
- Maintain compliance with cGMP, GLP, audit readiness, and safety standards.
Eligibility / Qualifications
Required Education
- M.Pharm (Pharmaceutical Analysis, Pharmaceutics)
- M.Sc (Analytical Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Chemistry)
Relevant courses: Pharmaceutical Analysis, Chromatographic Techniques, Respiratory Drug Delivery, Inhalation Testing, Analytical Method Development.
Experience Requirements
- 2–6 years in Analytical Method Development.
- Experience in inhalation analytics is preferred.
- Hands-on experience with HPLC, GC, UV, LC–MS, and inhalation testing equipment.
Location & Salary
Work Location: Lupin, Pune (R&D – Inhalation Division)
Salary will be based on qualifications, inhalation analytical experience, and regulatory exposure.
