Job Role & Responsibilities
Selected candidates will be placed in entry-level roles across Quality and Production departments and trained under experienced professionals.
Quality Control (QC)
- Perform routine quality control testing and analysis
- Support analytical testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products
- Follow GMP, GLP, and laboratory safety guidelines
- Maintain accurate laboratory documentation and test records
- Assist during audits and quality reviews
Quality Assurance (QA)
- Support shop-floor QA and documentation activities
- Review batch manufacturing records and quality documents
- Ensure compliance with cGMP, SOPs, and data integrity requirements
- Assist in deviation documentation and CAPA implementation
- Support audit and inspection readiness
Production – API
- Assist in API manufacturing operations
- Support process execution as per batch records and SOPs
- Monitor critical process parameters and safety practices
- Coordinate with QA and QC teams for smooth production flow
- Gain exposure to large-scale API manufacturing environments
Eligibility / Qualifications
Required Education
Candidates must have completed one of the following qualifications:
For Quality Control: B.Sc. Chemistry, M.Sc. Chemistry, M.Sc. Analytical Chemistry
For Quality Assurance: B.Pharmacy, B.Sc., M.Sc.
For Production (API): B.Sc. Chemistry, M.Sc. Chemistry, Diploma in Chemical Engineering
Academic Criteria
- Pass-out years: 2024 and 2025 only
- First-class academic performance required
