Job Role & Responsibilities

Softgel Production – Executive / Officer

The selected candidate will be responsible for executing and monitoring softgel encapsulation processes in compliance with SOPs and regulatory guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operating and monitoring softgel encapsulation machines as per SOPs and BMRs
• Managing gelatin mass preparation and fill material handling
• Setting up machines and ensuring smooth encapsulation operations
• Monitoring in-process controls including capsule weight, leakage, seam thickness, and appearance
• Troubleshooting minor machine breakdowns and handling process deviations
• Performing cleaning, line clearance, and product changeover activities
• Maintaining accurate batch manufacturing records (BMRs) and equipment logbooks
• Coordinating with QA, Engineering, and Maintenance teams for uninterrupted production
• Ensuring compliance with cGMP, SOPs, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
• Supporting productivity improvement and continuous manufacturing excellence initiatives
