Job Role & Responsibilities

Executive – Pharmaceutical Technology (Technology Transfer)

Qualification: B.Pharm, M.Pharm
Experience: 2–6 Years

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling end-to-end Technology Transfer procedures from R&D to manufacturing
  • Preparing and reviewing Master Formula Records (MFR) and Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR)
  • Supporting execution of scale-up, pre-exhibit, and exhibit batches
  • Coordinating with R&D scientists during pilot and PDR batches
  • Managing troubleshooting during granulation, compression, and coating processes
  • Providing technical inputs for improving commercial product performance
  • Supporting market complaint investigations from a technical perspective
  • Recommending tooling design improvements and machinery modifications to enhance productivity and product quality
  • Ensuring cGMP compliance during scale-up and validation activities

Experience in granulation, compression, and coating manufacturing is considered a strong advantage.
