Job Role & Responsibilities
Natco Pharma is hiring for the following positions:
1. Microbiology (0 to 6 Years)
Qualification: M.Sc in Microbiology or Biotechnology
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare disinfectants and media for testing and environmental monitoring.
- Perform Microbial Limit Tests (MLT), Bacterial Endotoxin Tests (BET), and Sterility Tests.
- Conduct Method Validation and Documentation.
- Handle cultures and maintain aseptic practices in cleanroom environments.
2. Engineering (2 to 6 Years)
Qualification: ITI / Diploma / B.Tech (Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain lyophilizers and utility systems.
- Manage water systems and HVAC operations.
- Oversee instrumentation and preventive maintenance activities.
- Ensure plant equipment uptime and GMP compliance.
3. Production – Injectables (0 to 10 Years)
Qualification: ITI / Diploma / B.Sc / B.Pharm / M.Pharm
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and supervise vial filling, washing, and sealing lines.
- Oversee sterile manufacturing and packing processes.
- Handle documentation and batch manufacturing records (BMRs).
- Ensure adherence to Production QMS and validation protocols.
- Train and supervise operators for aseptic handling.
4. Quality Assurance – Injectables (0 to 8 Years)
Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct IPQA activities for aseptic and non-aseptic processes.
- Oversee validation, deviation, and CAPA documentation.
- Maintain QMS compliance and handle audits/inspections.
- Monitor sterile manufacturing and packing processes for GMP adherence.
Eligibility / Qualifications
Educational Requirements:
- M.Sc (Microbiology, Biotechnology)
- ITI, Diploma, B.Tech (Engineering disciplines)
- B.Pharm, M.Pharm, B.Sc (Science stream)
Experience Range:
- 0–10 years, depending on the position.
Preferred Experience:
- Prior experience in sterile manufacturing (Injectables) and USFDA/MHRA/WHO-GMP approved facilities is highly desirable.
