Job Role & Responsibilities
The Project Coordinator will support project managers across planning, execution, monitoring and reporting activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist project managers in preparing project plans, timelines, budgets and resource outlines.
- Coordinate day‑to‑day project activities including scheduling, agenda preparation and structured minutes.
- Track project milestones, deliverables and progress updates; communicate status to stakeholders.
- Maintain issue logs, risk logs and escalate challenges promptly to project managers.
- Support preparation of project status reports and compliance documentation.
- Assist in budget tracking, expense monitoring and scope documentation.
- Contribute to project proposal development including timelines and cost estimates.
- Maintain accurate project documentation in line with ProPharma standards.
- Help develop, update and organize project management tools and templates.
- Provide general administrative and operational support to the PMO team.

Eligibility / Qualifications
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management or related fields.
- Preferred academic areas: BBA, BBM, B.Com, BA Management, PG Diploma in Project Management.
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of project coordination experience.
- Experience in life sciences, pharma services, CROs, clinical research or regulated environments preferred.
Skills & Abilities
- Strong organizational, multitasking and deadline‑driven mindset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to work across multicultural teams.
