Job Role & Responsibilities
R&D Quality Assurance – Biotechnology (Executive / Sr Executive)
- Manage lifecycle of development products in alignment with ICH guidelines and regulatory expectations
- Review clone development and cell banking documentation for compliance and accuracy
- Evaluate process development documents including process descriptions and control strategies
- Review analytical method development, qualification, and validation reports
- Ensure implementation and continuous improvement of Quality Management Systems (QMS)
- Verify laboratory data integrity and ensure compliance with ALCOA++ principles
- Support dossier compilation for regulatory submissions and CMC documentation
- Maintain document control, archival systems, and regulatory documentation workflows
- Ensure audit readiness and respond to regulatory inspections, client audits, and compliance queries
This role is crucial in ensuring regulatory compliance, maintaining data integrity, and supporting the development of safe and effective biologics products that contribute to global healthcare.
Eligibility / Qualifications
Required Education:
M.Sc, M.Pharm (Biotechnology, Biochemistry)
