Job Role & Responsibilities
The company is hiring for multiple technical and operational roles. Below are the key departments and designations:
Quality Control (QC)
- FG & HPLC: Jr. Executive / Executive (3–5 years)
- Raw Material (RM): Jr. Executive / Executive (3–5 years)
- Stability: Jr. Executive / Executive (3–5 years)
- Validation: Jr. Executive / Executive (1–5 years)
- Microbiology: Jr. Executive / Executive (3–5 years)
Responsibilities:
- Conduct analytical testing for raw materials, intermediates, and finished products.
- Manage stability studies and validation activities.
- Operate HPLC, GC, and other analytical instruments.
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with cGMP standards.
Quality Assurance (QA)
- OMS / IPQA / Validation: Jr. Executive / Executive (2–5 years)
Responsibilities:
- Oversee in-process quality assurance and line clearance.
- Review BMR, BPR, and validation documents.
- Ensure adherence to WHO-GMP and regulatory compliance.
Production Department
- Operators (Granulation, Compression, Coating, Capsule): 5–10 years (12th/ITI)
- Jr. Executives (Granulation, Compression, Coating, Documentation, Packing): 1–5 years (B.Pharm/M.Sc)
Responsibilities:
- Operate production equipment and maintain batch records.
- Support scale-up, granulation, compression, and coating activities.
- Maintain compliance and documentation for production processes.
EHS (Environment, Health & Safety)
- Executive / Jr. Executive (1–5 years)
Qualification: Diploma in Fire Safety
Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with EHS standards.
- Conduct safety audits and risk assessments.
- Monitor fire safety and environmental protection systems.
Eligibility / Qualifications
Required Education:
- B.Pharm, M.Pharm, M.Sc (Chemistry, Microbiology, Biotech), Diploma in Fire Safety.
Experience:
