Job Roles & Responsibilities

The walk-in covers multiple departments and levels. Below are role summaries and core responsibilities.

Production (Formulation)

Designations: Officer / Executive / Asst. Manager
Qualifications: B.Sc, M.Sc, B.Pharm, D.Pharm
Experience: Min 3 years and above

Responsibilities:

• Execute compression, coating, capsule filling, FBE and other formulation operations.
• Troubleshoot production issues, manage batch records (BMR/BPR), and support IPOA/APQR processes.
• Ensure GMP adherence, participate in media fills and support validation activities.

Quality Assurance (QA)

Designations: Officer / Executive / Asst. Manager
Qualifications: B.Sc, M.Sc (Chemistry), B.Pharm, D.Pharm
Experience: Min 3–15 years

Responsibilities:

• Manage QA functions: audits, regulatory compliance, customer reports, SOP and QMS maintenance.
• Handle deviations, change controls, CAPA and support regulatory inspections.

Quality Control (QC)

• Maintain formulation plant equipment, utilities (PWS, HVAC, PW systems), and ensure uptime.
• Oversee FAT/SAT, IQ/OQ/PQ activities and manage project work (civil, electrical, mechanical).
• Manage preventive maintenance, breakdowns and calibration schedules.

Packing & Warehouse

Designations: Officer / Executive / Supervisor / Operators
