• Position: US Healthcare AR Caller
• Department: Accounts Receivable (AR) Calling
• Job Type: Full-Time, Work From Office
• Salary: Up to 55,000 INR per month
• Shift Timings: 5:30 PM IST – 2:30 AM IST (Night Shift)
• Location: Hyderabad, India

Job Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end AR Calling process for US Healthcare providers
• Follow up with insurance companies for claim resolutions and payments
• Review and analyze denied or unpaid claims and take necessary action
• Work with US clients and manage patient billing inquiries
• Maintain high accuracy and compliance with healthcare regulations

Qualifications & Experience

Eligibility Criteria

Education: Any graduate or postgraduate with strong communication skills

• Candidates from the following educational backgrounds are eligible for this role:
  • Life Sciences – Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Bioinformatics
  • Medical & Paramedical – MBBS, BDS, BPharm, MPharm, Nursing, Physiotherapy
  • Business & Finance – BBA, MBA, Accounting, Finance
  • IT & Computer Science – BCA, MCA, Computer Science

Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in US Healthcare AR Calling

Preferred Skills:

• • Experience in denial management and revenue cycle processes
  • Good knowledge of insurance guidelines, CPT & ICD coding
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
