Job Role & Responsibilities
As an Associate Consultant, you will support the delivery of strategic consulting projects for global pharmaceutical and healthcare clients. This role involves research, data analysis, and translating insights into actionable business recommendations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conduct primary and secondary research to support consulting projects
- Perform quantitative and qualitative data analysis to identify client insights
- Develop strategic recommendations for healthcare and pharma clients
- Create reports, presentations, and client deliverables
- Participate in workshops, meetings, and stakeholder discussions
- Support proposal development and business development activities
- Work with cross-functional teams on project execution
- Supervise junior team members where required
- Stay updated with pharmaceutical market trends and industry developments
- Apply consulting frameworks and analytical tools to solve business problems
This role contributes directly to shaping healthcare strategies, improving patient outcomes, and supporting pharmaceutical commercialization efforts.
Eligibility / Qualifications
Candidates must meet the following educational requirements:
BSc Life Sciences, MSc Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Pharmacy, Economics, Business Administration, MBA, PhD (with healthcare experience)
Skills Required:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of consulting methodologies and business strategy
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
