Job Role: Project Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up, maintain, and close out project files and study documents (e.g., TMF, AEs/SAEs, IRB approvals)
• Attend meetings and distribute action items, follow-up to ensure task completion
• Communicate study progress effectively with team members and site staff
• Provide administrative and quality assurance support
• Archive study documentation following SOPs and policies

Qualifications and Skills Required

Educational Background:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences
  • Courses include: BSc. Biology, MSc. Biotechnology, B Pharm, M.Pharm, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Clinical Research, and similar programs

Experience:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in clinical research
• Familiarity with CTMS, TMF, and regulatory documents
• Working knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and ICH guidelines

Technical & Soft Skills:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Strong organizational and time-management skills

• Work Type: Hybrid (Remote + On-site)
