Job Role & Responsibilities

Store & Warehouse Officer

The role focuses on managing warehouse operations while ensuring compliance with pharmaceutical quality standards.

Key responsibilities include:

• Handle receipt, labelling, storage, and issuance of raw materials and finished goods
• Maintain accurate ERP entries and stock records
• Manage warehouse documentation in line with GMP and cGMP requirements
• Coordinate with Production, QA, and QC for smooth material flow
• Perform stock verification and retest monitoring
• Ensure adherence to SOPs and support QMS activities
• Assist during audits and inspections
