Job Role & Responsibilities
Store & Warehouse Officer
The role focuses on managing warehouse operations while ensuring compliance with pharmaceutical quality standards.
Key responsibilities include:
- Handle receipt, labelling, storage, and issuance of raw materials and finished goods
- Maintain accurate ERP entries and stock records
- Manage warehouse documentation in line with GMP and cGMP requirements
- Coordinate with Production, QA, and QC for smooth material flow
- Perform stock verification and retest monitoring
- Ensure adherence to SOPs and support QMS activities
- Assist during audits and inspections
