Job Role: Trainee – R&D

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily routine analysis and report accurate results.
• Support synthetic lab operations under Senior Scientist supervision.
• Operate, handle, and maintain analytical instruments effectively.
• Conduct scheduled instrument calibrations.
• Follow GLP (Good Laboratory Practices) and GSP (Good Safety Practices).
• Communicate absences in advance to ensure seamless lab operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain quality benchmarks.

Qualifications Required

• Postgraduate degree (MSc) in Chemistry, preferably with Analytical or General Chemistry specialization.
• Freshers or candidates with basic training in analytical equipment.
• Excellent communication skills.
