Position Titles:

Senior Research Associate – CRO R&D

Research Scientist – CRO R&D

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India

Experience Required: 2 to 8 years in a CRO or relevant R&D setting

Eligibility: Fresh Ph.D. holders and postdoctoral researchers are encouraged to apply

Qualifications Required

Candidates must possess one of the following educational qualifications:

MSc. in Organic Chemistry

M.Pharm in Pharmaceutical Chemistry / Medicinal Chemistry

Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry / Natural Product Synthesis

Key Skills & Responsibilities

• Proven experience in synthetic organic chemistry, including reaction setup, monitoring, work-up, and purification
• Practical knowledge of recrystallization and chromatography techniques
• Ability to conduct literature research to support synthesis planning and execution
• Ensure safety and compliance during lab operations
• Maintain lab notebooks and documentation with accuracy
• Collaborate with teams to deliver projects within timelines
