Available Roles and Job Specifications
1. Production Operator – FFS/Nasal
Role Level: Executive / Senior Executive
Experience: 2 to 8 years
Key Skills:
- Operation and cleaning of nasal spray filling & sealing machines
- Handling vial washing machines, manufacturing & holding vessels
- FFS machine operations
- Ensuring aseptic practices in cleanroom environments
2. Production Operator – MDI (Metered Dose Inhaler)
Role Level: Executive / Senior Executive
Experience: 2 to 8 years
Required Expertise:
- Working knowledge of Homogenizers, Jay Precision machines
- Glatt systems, Pressurize Vessel Pumps
- Filling machines for aerosol production
- Aerosol manufacturing and related machinery
3. Production Operator – Tablets
Role Level: Executive / Senior Executive
Experience: 2 to 8 years
Required Exposure:
- Hands-on experience with FETTE, CADPRESS, and FBE
- Tablet granulation, compression, and coating operations
- Familiarity with RMG, Rotary Shifter, Co- ill, and Octagonal Blender
- Steam Kettles and Bottom Spray Combo Systems
4. Production Operator – Capsules
Role Level: Executive / Senior Executive
Experience: 2 to 8 years
Technical Skills:
- Manufacturing of hard and soft gelatin capsules
- Operation of AF-90T, ZRO90T, Aadat, and MG2 capsule filling machines
5. Packing Operator
Role Level: Executive / Senior Executive
Experience: 2 to 8 years
Machine Knowledge:
- Blister packing machines like BQS, EPI 2500, FB300
- Cartonators including EP12500, PMM, and Marchesini
- BGS, Auto Cartonator, DMC-60T, and Check Weigher systems
- Labeling and container filling equipment
Eligibility Criteria
Designation: Executive / Senior Executive
Experience: 2 to 8 years in the relevant manufacturing domain
Educational Qualification: Degree/Diploma in Pharmacy, Science, or related technical disciplines preferred
Skillset: Strong GMP understanding, machine handling expertise, and ability to maintain compliance in regulated environments
