Role Overview: Validation Engineer Trainee

Key Responsibilities:

• Gain in-depth understanding of process validation, cleaning validation, qualification, and quality management systems
• Create and execute test scripts as part of software validation workflows
• Document issues and raise bug tickets where necessary
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for timely validation deliverables

Required Qualifications

Educational Background:

• Bachelor of Pharmacy (BPharm) or
• Bachelor’s degree in Biotechnology

Desired Skills:

• Basic understanding of pharma manufacturing or QA processes
• Good communication and documentation abilities
• Willingness to learn and grow in a technical validation role

Commitment:

• Candidates must be willing to serve a minimum tenure of 2 years with the company upon selection.
