Job Role & Responsibilities

CRAs will support end-to-end clinical monitoring and site management activities, ensuring trial compliance, protocol adherence, and data quality. Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting remote or on-site monitoring visits using risk-based monitoring.
• Performing SDR, SDV and CRF review to ensure accuracy and protocol compliance.
• Reviewing investigational product accountability and site documentation.
• Identifying process gaps and recommending corrective and preventive actions.
• Maintaining ongoing communication with investigators and site teams.
• Participating in site initiation, routine monitoring, and close-out activities.
• Ensuring essential trial documents are complete and audit-ready.
• Updating CTMS and maintaining accurate trial records.
• Supporting issue escalation, resolution, and protocol deviation tracking.
• Collaborating with cross-functional project teams.
• Attending investigator meetings and contributing to project publication tools.

Eligibility / Qualifications

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, or a health-related field.
• Registered Nursing qualification or equivalent academic training accepted.

Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of onsite clinical monitoring experience (CRA Level I+).
• Strong understanding of ICH-GCP, regulatory requirements, and clinical processes.
• Experience using CTMS, EDC platforms, and Microsoft Office.

Skills Required:

• Strong analytical skills and critical thinking.
• Ability to perform root cause analysis and apply risk-based monitoring.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within matrix teams.
• Willingness to travel for monitoring assignments.
