Open Positions & Eligibility Criteria
1. Operator / Sr. Operator – Production (Injectables)
Qualification: BSc / ITI / Diploma
Experience: 2 to 8 Years in Injectable Manufacturing
Key Skills & Responsibilities:
Hands-on experience in:
Vial washing & sterilization
Compounding & filtration
Filling and stoppering
Sealing operations
Autoclave and Lyophilizer
Garment washing machines
Ensuring production compliance with GMP standards.
Supporting the smooth running of shop floor operations.
2. Officer / Executive – Production (Injectables)
Qualification: B. Pharmacy / M. Pharmacy / MSc
Experience: 2 to 8 Years in Injectable Manufacturing
Key Skills & Responsibilities:
Supervisory experience on the shop floor.
Expertise in:
Vial filling and stoppering operations
Autoclave operations
Compounding and filtration
Lyophilizer equipment handling
Vial washing and sterilization
Exposure to QMS (Quality Management System) and team training processes.
Ability to manage and coordinate activities ensuring production targets and quality norms.
