Job Role & Responsibilities
As a Research Associate in the Formulation Analytical Development Laboratory, your core responsibilities will include:
- Performing analytical testing and method development for pharmaceutical formulations.
- Conducting stability studies, assay development, and validation experiments.
- Ensuring data integrity, documentation, and compliance with regulatory guidelines.
- Collaborating with formulation and R&D teams for method transfer and technology support.
- Preparing technical reports, SOPs, and contributing to product quality and innovation.
Eligibility / Qualifications
- Educational Qualification: M.Sc. in Analytical Chemistry
- Experience: 1–3 years in pharmaceutical analytical research or formulation development
- Skills Required:
- Hands-on experience in HPLC, UV, FTIR, and other analytical instrumentation
- Knowledge of ICH, USP, and regulatory guidelines
- Strong documentation and analytical problem-solving skills
- Preferred Courses: M.Sc Analytical Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Analysis, Chemistry, Biochemistry
